What about the temperature of the ammunition itself?
What if it's in the shade, or in a cooler, or directly in the sun? It's not uncommon to see precision shooters intentionally keeping their ammunition in the shade, or under cover of some sort, or even in a cooler.
Some powders are considered more temperature sensitive than others as well.
