Are you an athlete or someone who wants a sport specific style workout session? Acon-Athletic conditioning is what your looking for. In this session I take Joel, a university basketball player through a tough conditioning workout. It's designed for YOU the viewer to train and shred with him using this athletic conditioning workout. REMEMBER, you don't have to be an athlete to run through this session. All you need is the motivation and intent to get it done. There's no equipment and you can do this workout anywhere. This session is 1 minute sets with a decreased amount of rest as you progress through the session. The last set is a Tabata set designed to optimize your satisfaction and results.

Round 1. Agility
Round 2. Drop and pop
Round 3. Core
Round 4. Speed
Round 5. Reaction
Round 6. Split Lunge Deceleration
Round 7. Power Pushups
Round 8. Bilateral Deceleration

Tabata 20 sec x 10 sec rest x 8 sets
