The 4 week shred is broken up into 20 sessions.
Do the sessions in the order as you see them. Take Saturday and Sunday off or any other 2 days.
In a 7 day week you have 5 days of exercise. 2 days of rest.

The combine Session 1
The combine is a fitness challenge series, designed for the 4-Week shred contest; a group of exercise challenges where you will push the limits and attempt to reach a pre-determined number of reps in a set. Competitive, professional, champion and super human divisions are posted for each set of exercises. You make the choice, and never be satisfied until you reach the numbers you want.
