How to replace Hood Lift Support Struts on a 2002 Lexus LX470

This video shows how to replace the hood struts ( lift supports ) on a 2002 Lexus LX470. The procedure is very simple. The repair steps should be the same for a 2002 Toyota Landcruiser. The only tool needed is a 12MM combination wrench.

Note: The struts on the 2002 Lexus LX470 use a threaded head instead of the quick connection style commonly found on newer cars and trucks.
