This workout is for all levels. If you’re a highly advanced athlete, it’s your job to outwork me; if you simply want a HIIT workout at home, do this workout and Push HIIT sets at 80% intensity, and those are 45 seconds long. The rest is active recovery, and those are 15 seconds long.

HIIT is a combination of brief, very-high intensity bursts of cardio exercise followed by equal or longer periods of rest. High-intensity interval training is a form of interval training, a cardiovascular exercise strategy alternating short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less-intense recovery periods, until too exhausted to continue.
