Warm up 3 minutes-30 seconds per exercise
Continuous work in a How many sets did you do in 16 Minutes
Forward back hops 10 up to 12
Knee to Hand taps 10 up to 12
Sprinter Squat 1-2’s x 10 up to 12
Rotational lunges-floor punch x 10 up to 12
Low lunge Uppercuts x 20
Rest 30 seconds
