PUBG Quietly Ends Legal Dispute With Fortnite

PUBG developer PUBG corp has dropped its legal case against Epic Games over the alleged similarities between PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds and the immensely popular Fortnite Battle Royale. The case didn’t seem to do much to bother Epic Games while it was ongoing though - Fortnite made $300 million in the month of May alone with a survey revealing just how many players end up spending money in-game.
