Combo Moves Abbreviated
1 Jab-jab-cross-Cover 1-1-2
2 Cross-right uppercut-jab-duck left-hook 2-6-1-DL
3 Left hook-Jab-right hook body-right uppercut-block right 3-1-4B-6-BR
4 Right hook-jab-jab-block left 4-1-1-BL
5 Left uppercuts-cross-left hook-slip left 5-2-3-SL
6 Right uppercut right 6-1-2-1-2-sr

There is 6 sets per round. Each combo/set is 30 seconds long with a short break after each combo and a longer rest after each round.
Do 2 rounds or 10 it’s up you. Either way...set a goal and surpass it!!
